Cancellation Policies

  • If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, the full amount of your reservation will be charged.
  • If you cancel on the same day or do not show up on your arrival date, we will not be able to cancel your booking and we will pay the full amount of your booking.

The cancellation request must be made by email and is subject to the above conditions. 

 

 

For cancellations done less than 1 day(s), prior to arrival date, hour limit of 12:00 AM, the cancellation fee is 100%.
For cancellations done less than 5 day(s), prior to arrival date, hour limit of 12:00 AM, the cancellation fee is 50%.
For cancellations done less than 10 day(s), prior to arrival date, hour limit of 12:00 AM, the cancellation fee is 1 night(s).

Number of Guests and Identity

Only guests included in the reservation have the right to stay in the Suite.
After payment of your reservation you must send us by e-mail a copy of the identity card or passport of the person in charge of the Suite reservation.
The presence of an adult (over 18 years old) is compulsory during the reserved period.

  Form of payment

To confirm your reservation we do not require payment of deposit, except for reservations related to our special offers.

However, at the time of booking, your credit card details will be requested. My Suite Lisbon Bairro Alto reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. In the absence of the credit card a deposit of 25% of the reservation value will be charged and will be returned at the end of the stay when we check the condition of the suite.

The total amount of the reservation must be paid on arrival.

We accept cash or credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Suites Codes

After making your reservation, you will be sent an access code to the chosen Suite. If you lose the code or someone you do not know has access to it, please contact us immediately so we can block it and generate a new code.

Late or early check-ins

Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception. Either way, you can always enter your suite autonomously through your access code.

If you arrive outside of reception hours, you must notify us and make the payment the previous day by bank transfer or credit card. Otherwise the access code of your reservation will be blocked.

Change of booking dates
Changing reservation dates will only be possible by the availability of the Suites for the new dates. Only changes received by e-mail are accepted. We will not accept changes requested by phone.
Changes requested with less than 10 days notice give a penalty of € 30

Absence of Check-Out
In the absence of Check-Out, we reserve the right to charge the credit card for the costs corresponding to breakfast, mini-bar and others that have remained unpaid.

Damage and responsibilities
We hope you treat your Suite and its contents with care. All specific rules for the use of the apartment and its equipment must be respected during the reservation period. If there is any problem, damage or malfunction, you should immediately notify us by phone so we can correct it quickly. If the guest does damage to the Suite, the corresponding amount will be charged.

Pets

Sorry, pets are not admitted in our Suites.

Elevator
Our Suites are arranged along a building with 2 Floors above the street level, and 2 Floors down. Please be informed that our facilities do not benefit from a lift. If you need to, you can ask for help at the front desk to carry your luggage, using the reception opening hours.

If the guest has any difficulty climbing stairs, we ask that you inform us in advance so we can try to put you in the most convenient Suite.
