General Policies
Number of guests and Identity
Only customers included in the reservation have the right to stay in the suite.
After payment of your booking you will send us E-mail a copy of identity card or passport on the booking Suite.
The presence of an adult (over 18 years) during the period reserved is mandatory.
Payment
To confirm your reservation do not require payment of deposit, with the exception of reservations related to our special offers.
However, at time of reservation requests will be data from your credit card. The My Suite Lisbon Bairro Alto reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. In the absence of the credit card will be charged a deposit of 25% of the booking value will be returned at end of stay by verifying the good condition of the suite.
The total value of the booking must be paid on arrival.
We accept cash or credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
Codes Suites
After make your reservation, we will send you an access code for your chosen Suite. If you lose the code or someone unknown has access to it, please contact us immediately so we can block it and generate a new one.
Late or early check-ins
Please note that we do not have 24 hour reception. Anyway, you can always join your suite autonomously through its access code.
If you arrive outside reception hours, please notify us and make payment the day before by bank transfer or card credit. Otherwise the access code of your reservation will be blocked.
Cancellation Policies
• If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before arrival date, will not be charged any cancellation value.
• If you cancel less than 30 days in advance will be charged the total of your reservation.
*we only accept cancellations requested by guests via email
Changes in booking dates
Modify the dates of the reservation will only be possible by the availability of Suites for the new dates. We only accept changes request by email. We will not accept changes requested by phone.
Changes requested in less than 10 days notice imply a penalty of € 30
Absence of Check -out
Failing Check Out, we reserve the right to charge the credit card the costs for breakfast, minibar and others who have been left unpaid.
Damages and responsibilities
We hope that addresses your Suite and its contents carefully. All the specific rules for the use of the apartment and its equipment must be maintained during the reservation period. If there is any problem, damage or failure, should inform us immediately by phone so we can fix it quickly. If the guest do some damage in the Suite, the amount will be chargedcorresponding to it.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed in our Suites.
Elevator
Our suites are arranged along a building with 2 floors Up the street level, and 2 floors down. Please be advised that our facilities do not benefit from lift. If you need, you can ask for help at the reception to carry the bags by the time of reception.
If the guest have any difficulty climbing stairs, please inform us in advance so we can try to put it in more Suite convenient.

Privacy and Cookies
